We use Speedpost Standard by Singapore Post (SingPost) — a trusted, affordable, and fully trackable delivery service for parcels within Singapore.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & RATES
Registered Post (Below 2 kg)
Registered Post is an economical tracked service for smaller parcels weighing ≤ 2 kg. It offers tracking events to most countries, with items handed over to the destination postal operator for final delivery. Ideal for lightweight international orders, delivery is typically completed within 6–26 working days.

Speedpost Economy (Above 2 kg)
Speedpost Economy is a cost-effective international shipping option for non-urgent parcels weighing over 2 kg. It provides tracking to most destinations and is more affordable than Priority, though transit times are longer. The estimated delivery time is 3–5 working weeks.
Speedpost Priority (Above 2 kg)
Speedpost Priority is the fastest international parcel service for heavier shipments and time-sensitive orders. It includes priority handling and routing, full tracking to most destinations, and a quicker delivery time of 3–14 working days.

Incomplete Deliveries
At The Weave Smiths, we make every effort to ensure that your order reaches you quickly and safely. However, delays or non-delivery may occur in the following situations:
- Incorrect Information: If incomplete or incorrect details (e.g., delivery address, contact number, or email) are provided at checkout.
- Customs, Duties, or Taxes (International Orders): Failure to clear any necessary charges or duties may result in delays or non-delivery. These costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Uncollected Packages: If a parcel is held by your local carrier/post office and is not collected within the allowed time frame.
- Missing Order Details: If required details (e.g., measurements, custom design requests) are not provided by the stated deadline.
- Unpaid Orders: Orders will only be processed upon full payment.
Once your order has been dispatched, it will be handled by our delivery partner. While we cannot control their operations, we will assist in investigating and resolving cases of lost or damaged items, in line with Singapore consumer protection regulations.
Order Cancellations
The Weave Smiths reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion. If this occurs, you will be notified and a full refund will be issued.
