1. ONLINE STORE TERMS

By using our site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND CUSTOMIZATION 

All sarees offered by The Weave Smiths are ready-stock and handcrafted. We do not offer pre-orders. As each saree is one-of-a-kind, restocks of exact designs are not guaranteed, though we may revisit certain concepts in future collections. Customizations are available on a case-by-case basis, subject to design feasibility and lead time. Not all items qualify for customization.

3. PRICING AND CURRENCY

All prices listed on our website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Payments can be made via Stripe, Google Pay (GPay), or Atome. We reserve the right to update prices or discontinue products without prior notice.

4. SHIPPING

We ship both locally and internationally to selected countries. For more details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

As a general rule, all sales are final. We do not offer exchanges once an item is sold. For full details, kindly refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

6. CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER (NON-FAULTY PRODUCTS) 

Please note that once an order is confirmed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure timely dispatch. As such, cancellations for non-faulty items are not guaranteed. For more information, please refer to our Cancellation Policy, which forms a part of these Terms and Conditions.

7. PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY

We collect personal information such as your name, email, shipping address, and contact number to fulfill your orders and provide better customer service. Your data may also be used to track purchase history for exclusive offers, vouchers, or promotional campaigns. 8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

We are a small, independent business and strive to maintain excellent customer relationships. If you encounter any issues, please contact us via WhatsApp or our contact page.

For online purchases, if you discover a defect or issue with the product upon delivery, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item. We will assess each case individually. Beyond this window, we cannot entertain requests for defect-related concerns.

Please note it is the customer’s responsibility to inspect products prior to purchase when shopping at our physical boutique. Once a product has been sold or shipped, we are not liable for any damages or defects reported thereafter.
